Looking to tally monthly loan amount closed number & commission associated w that number by month by year then... Take that monthly total and roll it forward by month in $1200 increments per month for say 10 years. So if I made 4800 in jan 2020 on a 480K loan amount it would show as $1200/M for jan - apr 2020. Then if I made $3200 on a $320K loan & 1600 on another $160K loan both in feb it would show as income for may - aug 2020 and so on. so the months would total vertically by year and only $1200 any income earned woulod show in one month. IF there was a residual amount that didn't total 1200 but future closings came in they would add to the month w less than 1200 on into the future. THX in advance for your kind attention here!
