Make me a script to extract data from a file to a CSV

I need EITHER: a) a VB script for Excel that will import data using GREP from a .dcm file in Windows (I can read in a Text editor) to a spreadsheet. b) a script that will parse through a file and export the same data to a CSV. I just need the script. I will run the script. I can give you a couple of examples to test on your side but this is patient data so I will be running the script. I just need your guarantee it will work on my end. I need to run it as a batch as there are 18,000 files. The PN and DA are always in the first 3 lines of the file. There are some files which dont include this data so if it does not find the data it can move on to the next file. I have seen very similar VB scripts for Excel I can even share with you. You just need to modify a couple things to make it work. I'm guessing someone knowledgeable can do this in 15 min Once I have a quote I will pick someone probably on Monday or Tuesday (2/26/18 or 2/27/18) to work and complete this.
