Need to upload CSV files to my Shopify website and organize current products

Hello,
I am looking for someone to accomplish 4 key objectives for my Shopify website.
1. I need to have CSV files uploaded from a company called Vixen Optics to my product list. They have the pictures included in a separate dropbox account and would need to be included with it's correct product listing. File is attached as vixen optics product list and dropbox account url is linked for the pictures.

2. My currently uploaded CSV files from Levenhuk will need to have their pricing all adjusted to MSRP levels found in the CSV column for them. File is attached labeled as datafeed_CSV
3. As well Levenhuk has provided an additional excel spreadsheet file which has current inventory levels for each of the products already uploaded. These inventory levels will need to be added to each product listing so we can offer customers items that are in stock. 4. I need all the products from Levenhuk and Vixen Optics to be categorized by type. Ex telescope, microscope, spotting scope etc. The current category's can be found on www.stellascopes.com. They are listed as either Telescope, Microscope, Spotting scope, Binoculars, Accessories, filters
