I've worked with SQL, Excel and Access before for database development. Required in this assignment is a control panel connecting data from various sources using various secure connection protocols. Personnel utilization and matrix data probably come from a HRIS. Invoices, cash deliverables and receivables and outstandings from an ERP or an accounting system. Reports, list of reports maybe from SQL or access then projects, list of jobs and clients probably from Excel. Using SSRS, all these can be consolidated using queries and stored procedures in form of a simple dashboard for browser access.
