We are a growing building and construction company. We are looking for solutions to automate and optimise our processes.
Our intention is to develop a CRM to enable all our separate processes to be integrated, however our immediate requirement is to reduce the time it takes to produce quotes.
There are 3 main components that make up the process of delivering a quote to a client:
1. Site-measure/Site inspection - Acquire data, define scope of works. Collect measurements, quantities, details & images.
2. Costing sheet - Transfer data acquired from site measure to a costing sheet, which provides flexibility, so we can review the results by area, trade type or cost component.
3. Quote presentation - Create formatted document from costing schedule ready to send to client.
