Seller Net Sheet

This is what I need. The project will be in two phases. . The first phase will be a home sellers Net Sheet. The second part will be the Buyer’s Net Sheet (I don’t have the specs yet). So…., lets look at phase one. If you look at [login to view URL], for the most part, it is what I’m looking for. I use this form, but I can’t save the information, or make modifications to it. The formulas use in calculating the title insurance and Stamp tax on deed are correct (uses Pinellas County Florida requirements). [login to view URL] under real estate tools has a sample seller net that I like. It has 4 col of possible offers (Uses percentage from list price). Calculations are different, the different headings should be like found in agentfreebies. Also, I need a disclaimer section with a customer sign off. I also need need the seller net to be on one page. “[login to view URL]” is also very good. It use the correct calculations and easy to use. The only problem, is that the only hard copy is by email without a disclaimer and no sign off. My first choice is have it like from agentfreebies but with the possible addition of [login to view URL] (different percentages). Must be easy to use1!!! It would be great if it was easily modifiable. Also, if I could send it as and Htm or pdf file. Look at what I'm using now. that will work, if it can be improved on. I like the 2 col for to show client the differences. I don't like the seperate input area. Also, I the second col is not needed, then I don't want the customer to see it. The most important calculation I need is number of days to closing. I want to be able to enter a closing date and the number of days to be calculated to the first of that year. The form tht I am using now, does not do the calculation. It forces me to enter the days.
