Job Description Admin Assistant will do a variety of tasks including data entry, skip trace, research online, calling for information, and completing tasks and projects for CEO. The position may be data entry heavy to start and develop as candidate shows aptitude for more in depth tasks. Great customer service, computer (tech savvy), and communication skills are a must. Research and writing abilities will be helpful. Example tasks may be to look into certain subjects and report back with a detailed report and understanding to relay to CEO. This may be followed by implementation of new systems and document creation. A strong knowledge of new technology, Microsoft Office programs, and social media platforms is helpful. We are constantly implementing new systems and a candidate with great research and implementation skills is needed. Flexibility to jump from one task to the next is needed. There may be tight deadlines to meet and time pressure situations. Strong English verbal communication skills will be needed for tasks that may require phone calls during research tasks. A flexible schedule is necessary as hours could vary. Tasks and skills will likely grow with time as we provide training and applicant grows their knowledge base.
