Need a 20,000 line .xls or .csv sheet to be cleaned up that has been exported from a database.
The cleanup with involve delivering the project back with the vba (for future functionality we need) included that macro will perform the following:
a)sign NDA through freelancer (data is sensitive)
b) take data from one column (the Notes/Description column) that has massive notes in it and
1. take any names of people and title and email and phone of that person and create a new line in the .xls/.csv sheet and auto fill in the organization name and address, etc already populated
2. do this for multiple names, if there are more than one person named
3. make sure to keep the data in the original source column too
4. make sure that emails go in emails column and title, and phone - to match the person that is noted in the column or to pick the main 1st person mentioned and any email/phone/title to go with that person
5. change the column that is the qualification to Warm Lead vs. none or Cold if there is an update to that .xls / .csv line or row
6. change the column on that line/row for campaign to "EMMA v1 Cleaned Leads", if any data is in the notes that is being transferred to the other data columns mentioned (vs old campaign name)
deliver back with vba excel macro to us with above completed and ready to run in-house and sort, etc...
