Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is responsible for everything from pixel setup to campaign optimization, with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion growth. You won’t just “run ads”—you’ll build a system that consistently brings in revenue. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution * Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns inside **Meta Ads Manager** * Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion) * Launch campaigns for lead generation, sales, retargeting, and brand growth * Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns Pixel & Tracking Setup * Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API * Set up standard + custom events (PageView, Lead, Purchase, etc.) * Verify tracking using **Meta Events Manager** * Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate attribution Optimization & Performance * Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) * Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copy * Optimize campaigns daily/weekly to improve results * Kill underperforming ads and scale winners aggressively Audience Targeting * Build and refine custom audiences (website visitors, email lists, engagement) * Create lookalike audiences for scaling * Continuously test and optimize targeting strategies Creative & Copy Direction * Work with design/content teams to develop high-converting ads * Write or guide compelling ad copy * Test multiple variations of creatives (images, videos, hooks) Reporting & Insights * Provide weekly/monthly performance reports * Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth * Recommend strategic improvements based on data
