FMCG Field Sales Executive

I’m expanding the reach of an FMCG product line and need a sales professional who is comfortable working directly in the market. You’ll be selling physical products within the fast-moving consumer goods space, so prior experience visiting retailers, supermarkets, and distributors will help you hit the ground running. Your core focus is field work: canvassing assigned territories, engaging shop owners or purchasing managers, demonstrating product advantages, and converting those conversations into firm purchase orders. You’ll also record each interaction in a simple CRM or spreadsheet and send me short weekly summaries so we can track volumes, account feedback, and next-step actions. Success is measured by the number of new stockists you secure and the reorder rate you generate over the first month. If you already have relationships we can tap into, even better, but I’m open to fresh talent that can show persistence and strong communication skills. Start date is immediate once we agree on territory coverage and realistic sales targets.
