We are looking for a Spanish/English speaking dispatcher for a Transportation company. An excellent candidate: - Speaks fluent English and Spanish - Experience with dispatching or using a dispatching software - Familiar with RingCentral - Demonstrate excellent customer service These are the times we are looking are for coverage: Monday through Sunday - 5 AM to 12 AM (Eastern Standard Time) At anytime during these shifts, you will be working with 0-2 other offshore dispatchers as well as 1 onshore lead dispatcher. Duties will include: - Handling customer calls, looking up and entering addresses into our dispatching system - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the rider records - Working with an onshore dispatching team - Providing backup services in case an onshore resource is not available Training will be provided to the right candidates.
