Hello, Fillet weld or full penetration weld and bolt connetction can be evaluated according to EN 1993 -1- 8 or DNV GL for steel and other for aluminium. For fatigue evaluation welds better evaluate according to international institute of welding. Bolts in Global model can be present like beam connections or bonded contacts with MPC formulation after calculation from each beam or bonded contacts extract Axial force and two Shear force and calculate futher in excel sheet. I have this excel. Also need take to account thickness of connected plates, distance to edge from hole, distance between bolts. With welds the same from weld throat need extract Axial and two Shear force and according to equation check stress. For fatigue evaluation its more difficult to extract force from special nodes of fillet weld. Please feel free ask me any questions.
