I am seeking a Flash animator / or Toon Boom 2D animator, who can take an animatic and complete the 3 minute movie for kids. I have most of the characters, backgrounds and audio...I just need someone who will put the story line together according to the animatic provided to you. I need someone who can communicate with me on a regular basis, and who will not cut corners to produce a quality product. Please send me a link, if possible of previous animation projects you have completed, with a time schedule and pricing. The selected animator may also be asked to create simple characters if possible in Flash. Ongoing projects are possible for the right person.
