Experienced Flash Developer Needed

Budget $250-750 USD

I need a flash developer who is quick and efficient to help me with a already developed flash application. The application is about creating a Card by allowing users to choose background picture, forground pic and freehands drawing (as supported in MS Paint eg draw rect, circle etc.).

Currently it doesnot have features to save the Card, and open already exsiting card for editing. I want these features.

Also, the most important functionality is I want it to be able to generate CYMK images (save it on disk), which will be sent for printing manually through some other application.
