NYC NIGHTLIFE PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE

I had posted this job project last week and had received a lot of replies... thank you all for your interest. I had selected a web designer although it was a very difficult thing to do- being that it came down to a few designers. I saw some very impressive portfolios. Anyway, the web designer that we had chose, has just cancelled the escrow payment and cannot start the project due to a personal emergency. Thus, I am reposting my project and ask that only those talented, enthusiastic, and artistic designers reply. *Be sure to PM me with a portfolio. Project start date: ASAP Project complete date: 30-45 days Project description: My partner and I, currently run a promotional website geared for the nightlife in NYC at www.clubaddict.com. We have a majority of the plan for the redesign already, but are looking for a designer that can combine the elements of the following 2 competitior websites with our innovative ideas. The websites to which I refer are: [login to view URL] and www.clubplanet.com. Proposed layout for the site (quick idea): [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Tasks: 1)Logo design 2)Overall layout design (we do not want a template!) 3)Integrating our photoposting software and message board software into the site 4)Some coding ;we need to set up a database where users can search a database of clubs- the user can search by the club name or by the type fo club. In addition, we will need a guestlist database set up where if a user signs up for a guestlist, the sign up will be added to a database on our end (so we can keep a running tally and maintain their e-mails). An e-mail response to the user would be generated as well confirming the sign up. We would also like the capability for the user to send an "invite" e-mail to their friends to invite them to the party (something similar to [login to view URL]). Lastly, we would like "the hottest topics" from the message board and the "most viewed pictures" from the photo posting page to show up on the main page - the coding for this will be necessary as well. 5) Flash intor and some Flash integration within the site (a little Flash here and there to make the site more lively) *We ask for imaginative designers who can take on this project that can complete all of these tasks. Please do not reply if you use templates or if you do not know flash. We would like a Flash site as well as an html site.
