templates modification with some css work

I will buy the template from templatesmonster (it's a flash banner and menu but html content). [login to view URL] To migrate existing client's website content over to new template. Also need to modify the .css for their jobs database page (which runs off a database), to fit into this new website. Next to have 1 flash banner animation (making use of the template) (where it shows "communication" now). Style of site and content will be similar to [login to view URL] i will only consider those that pls state time required and cost and if you need me to buy the template or you want to create yourself. thanks.
