Complete Flash Intro

I need a Flash intro developed ASAP. I have all artwork, and concept for the intro, and a bad attempt at constructing it. I can't seem the get it to run smoothly, and still need to add key phrases to the end.
Concept: Logo to construct (3 pieces), Movie clicker closing, countdown (have pictures for this), a few photos and keywords to flow in nicely. I want the user to have the option to skip the intro go directly to web.
Please keep in mind the person I choose will most likely become the person I choose when needing Flash in the future.
