Enhance Existing PageFlipper Module

Enhance existing PageFlipper (FLA) file on [login to view URL] 1) Read “URL” value from a database, if the value has content, trap a Double Click event in the non flipping portion of the page to open a browser in a new window. 2) Read “Background” value from the database which refers to an image located on the server, this image is used as a background image for the PageFlipper. Please note this is a “Multi User” environment where pages are loaded from a Data Base, the URL value is drawn from the Page Content table and the Background value is drawn from the User Content table. Our programmer will work with you to make the necessary changes to the Data Base, ASP.net files and XML. Changes are only required for the .SWF (FLA) Bidders must have extensive knowledge of Action Script. When Bidding please outline a method on how you will achieve this. Please offer one example of the methods used.
