Flash developer expert need it - give style to an app

1st Part. I have the sources from a local shopping cart. I do need to set the styles to the app. Set the XML file which contains the product list and the set the product images. This is a Flash app and I am looking to create an installer from it. This should be achieve it in 1 day. 2nd Part. Create an admin which can assign an amount to spend in the shop, CRUD of products.
