Flash Programer

I'm an Art Director w/ a home studio with some small clients. These clients have the ability to grow and so we're growing together. I'd like to have a flash programmer available for some work. I'll design and send you Photoshop/Illustrator files for you to make them work. I'd like your imput and suggestions in delivering the BEST looking final projects for delivery. I'm redesigning my site and I will need your help w/ programming my site first, and in the process build a relationship together. Yes, I will pay, I hate working for free myself. This is out of my pocket and I don't have much right now so my budget is about $100 just for programming the structure and I will fill in the content, I know flash programming but I just don't have the time and patience right now to do it myself, I'd rather be designing for my clients.
