I have an ESP32 connected to a load cell and HX711 amplifier, and I need the complete firmware-to-mobile workflow that turns it into a working weight-measurement prototype. The microcontroller must read stable, calibrated values from the load cell, push them over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and display them inside a companion mobile app on both iOS and Android. On the hardware side, please handle: • HX711 calibration routine with tare and unit conversion • Continuous or on-demand weight sampling (configurable) • JSON payload transmission via MQTT or HTTP (I’m flexible on protocol) • Low-power sleep strategy so the ESP32 can run on battery For the software side, I’d like a clean, cross-platform mobile app (Flutter or React Native are fine) that: • Auto-discovers the device on the local network or pairs over BLE • Shows real-time weight, running average, and last 50 readings history • Offers a simple settings screen for unit selection and calibration triggers • Stores data locally and syncs to the cloud later if offline Acceptance criteria 1. Source code for ESP32 and the mobile app builds without errors. 2. Weight readings on the app stay within ±2 g of a reference scale after calibration. 3. Firmware reconnects automatically after network loss. 4. App passes TestFlight and Google Play internal testing. I’ll flash the board and test the APK/IPA you supply; once readings are solid and the UI flows smoothly we are done.
