I am building a word search game where players can enter words.

The application needs to have a list of accepted words, and I am planning to add support for multiple languages.
This is the job posting for the French word list; there may be additional ones for other languages.
Requirements:
- The list should consist of 40.000 to 60.000 words
- The game is rated for all ages, so swear words, or words that are otherwise inappropriate for younger players should NOT be in the list
- All words should be in non-inflected, dictionary form; no plurals, past tense, etc (i.e the list should be in lemmatized form)
- The project delivery should be made in form of an UTF-8 encoded file, containing one word per line
- The word list should be commercially usable without any conditions
It is NOT a requirement to include word frequency/count.
Acceptance:
The list will be handed over to an auditor that will most likely probe for invalid/inappropriate words. If any found, the delivery is considered rejected.
