I need a room navigation PWA

My friend has a venue and wants to find a developer to make a pathfinding algorithm to navigate between rooms. So he is looking for a PWA that allows users to log in and use it to navigate between rooms by providing starting and end locations. And it’ll only navigate to rooms that are open, so if the room is closed for today it won’t navigate there and it’ll let the user know that it is closed. So basically a PWA with a login & register function. Allows user to input starting room and ending room Data has to be live so that they can see which room is already closed (Using web sockets) Room navigations by showing the path to the room would be best if you could develop it but if cant can use a third party such as here global indoor navigation or any other third party. REST api for updating if the room is closed or opened because we will have sensors that will send the api if the room is open or close Below i mentioned React and Django, but it don’t have to be any technology is fine i just put there as an example Frontend React JS (Example) Requirement UI/UX design PWA (IOS/android support) Path finding algo / use 3rd party Backend Django (Example) Requirement REST API Websocket Authentication (log in/ log out & register) I currently don't have a maximum budget, just give me a price that you think it's reasonable and I'll let you know if that's all right.
