We are looking for someone who will be able to develop a desktop application for managing Unmanned Weighbridge System, Unmanned Weighbridge System (UWS) is an automation solution for weighbridges which removes the need for a full-time operator to supervise weighing of trucks. In order to do so, an Unmanned Weighbridge System incorporates peripheral devices to perform different activities of the operator along with an intelligent control system. Examples of peripheral devices are; sensors & cameras for verifying & validating correct position of truck, display system & PA system to give feedback to driver and boom-barriers to control accessibility of weighbridge.
Features we are looking for:
-System Application for automation of weighbridges.
-Auto capturing of weight from digitizer, Integration of traffic signal
control, led display control.
-RFID reader connectivity with the program for identification of
vehicles.
-Vehicle management system for registration of transporter and
vehicle.
-Dashboard and auto generating report system.

This project involves for R&D, field study of existing Road Weigh Bridges ,..etc. It may take around 6 months for completion. The cost will be around 5 lakhs. May be after completion if the same system has to be duplicated it will be the cost of hardware and sensors involved only.

Understood your requirement but have few queries for the better clarity and defining the system level architecture for developing such a system.
So far as my experience and expertise are concerned, I am into embedded and software development for more than 10 yrs and successfully delivered multiple solutions around such peripherals and sub-systems. Have a sound knowledge and experience of system integration and developing desktop applications to automate the whole system altogether.
