I'm working on a VR Project UE4 based (BP) and for this I need to realize a system allow me ( The Pawn) to use a carabiner attached to a cable with which I can attach my self to a parapet or a life line for example. Then this system should works exactly like in the reality: If I am hooked and I fall in the void, i remain hung. I attach a jpg that could help you to understand what i need. I don't need that your code works with the specific meshes (carabiner, cable, safety harness). You can use for example also generic meshes like cube or sphere instead of the carabiner.
