International couriers like FedEx do offer hazmat shipping to Singapore. You need to be in the USA. Package: Estes B4-4 model rocket engines, manufactured and distributed in USA. Pay: All costs reimbursed in full Additional pay up to 100 USD; half once shipment is sent and tracking number confirmed, half on shipment arrival.
