This game changer also addresses the Employee Caregiver Crisis. That means the aging population needs care (53% think their family will do it). 80% of all "caregivers" already have big jobs.
This crisis is classified as a medical care crisis around the globe. I have reframed the conversation/strategy as one of employment in a coming labor shortage environment.

Also to appeal to the employees that they are entering a very different ERA. They need to voice their needs. Pay the top 1% and the rest has to evolve to a new model... In a talent choice 1st marketplace, there is a power/control shift. The way that work, life and family have been unbalanced has to end.
