Open Eye Photo Fix

I have a high-resolution JPEG in which one eye is only half open. I need that eye retouched so it looks naturally open and perfectly matches the other. Feel free to work in Photoshop, GIMP, or any other tool you prefer—what matters to me is a realistic, seamless result that no one can spot as edited. You’ll receive the original full-size file.
