I expect you to audit what’s live, spot quick-win opportunities, then build and execute a cohesive strategy that ties organic search, social posts/ads, and automated email sequences into one conversion-focused funnel. Key deliverables I’ll review against: • A written audit outlining issues and immediate fixes for SEO, social, email, and content. • A 90-day action plan with clear KPIs tied directly to sales targets. • Ongoing optimisation and reporting dashboards in Google Analytics (or similar) showing traffic sources, funnel drop-offs, and revenue attribution. • Creative assets or copy variations needed for A/B tests and retargeting.
