If someone is interested in Personal Training I would like to:
Get them to complete a quick online form.
They will have the option to select one of four trainers or Anyone.
If they select anyone then one of the trainers is automatically assigned to them.
A copy of the response is then emailed to the assigned trainer and also the manager.
