I’m standardising the paperwork in my business and want everything living in Google Sheets. First up—and needed right away—is a smart Dispatch Sheet template. It must be ready to copy for each job, capture all the usual logistics fields (date, challan number, vehicle, item list, quantities, nos , out time , sign) and use clear dropdowns, data-validation and basic formulas so nothing important gets missed. A clean print-friendly view is essential. Once that is in place I’ll roll straight into two follow-ups: • Material Inward Sheet • Daily Expense Sheet If you build the dispatch file well, the remaining two will be awarded to you automatically, so please structure the workbook with future tabs in mind (consistent styling, protected cells where needed, room for simple dashboards).
