I need a single, cohesive Google Sheets / Workspace solution that runs every core process in my construction & home-maintenance company. The sheet (or interconnected set of sheets) should let my office staff and field crews move from lead to invoice without ever leaving Workspace. Here’s what I want it to do: • Job scheduling – a calendar-driven view that assigns crews, tracks job stages and flags clashes automatically. • Client management / CRM – capture leads, store contact history, and show each customer’s active jobs and past invoices in one place. • Bookkeeping, estimating & invoicing – enter labour and materials once and watch estimates, change orders and final invoices generate themselves. A running profit-versus-actuals snapshot per job is essential. • Admin dashboard – high-level KPIs (upcoming jobs, overdue invoices, daily cash-flow, staff utilisation) pulled from the live data. • Automations – email or chat notifications, drive file creation, calendar events and status updates powered by Google Apps Script or Make/Zapier where appropriate.
