Google Workspace Expert Needed: System Optimization, Workflow Automation & UI Polish (2-Day Turnaround) Project Overview We have a management portal built using the Google Workspace ecosystem (Google Sites, Forms, Sheets, Drive, and Apps Script) that is roughly 85% complete. We are looking for a skilled developer to step in, audit the current setup, troubleshoot a few minor workflow bottlenecks, and bring the system to 100% functionality. This is an optimization, refinement, and polishing project—the foundational architecture is already built. Key Responsibilities & Scope Workflow Automation: Finalize and smooth out automated backend processes for staff onboarding, resident admissions, document uploads, and time-tracking systems. System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor operational bugs within our existing Google Apps Scripts. Drive Architecture: Clean up and structure our Google Drive folder hierarchy, ensuring active operational workflows are organized and inactive legacy folders are properly archived. UI/UX Enhancement: Refresh the visual design, branding, and layout of the Google Sites frontend (management and staff views) to maximize usability without disrupting any underlying data structures or backend workflows. Quality Assurance: Run end-to-end functionality tests and provide basic testing documentation to verify that all systems trigger correctly. Technical Stack & Requirements Deep expertise in Google Apps Script, Google Sites, Sheets, Forms, and Drive administration. Strong eye for clean UI/UX layout design within the constraints of native Google Sites. Ability to work efficiently under a tight deadline. Note: This project relies purely on native Google Workspace capabilities. No third-party AI integration or complex machine learning is required. Timeline & Budget Duration: 1 to 2 days maximum.
