I run a fast-growing financial advisory firm and need a full, from-scratch internal system that brings order to hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management. The first milestone is crystal clear: build training trackers and evaluation sheets that let me see—at a glance—how every team member is progressing. What I need you to create • Google Sheets trackers that log individual course completion, assessment scores, and certification dates, automatically calculating employee productivity and task-completion rates while keeping room for our upcoming “Training Academy” metrics. • A clean, manager-friendly dashboard fed by those trackers, using charts, conditional formatting, and light Apps Script so we can spot gaps or rising stars without digging through data. • Concise SOPs in Google Docs that spell out each process you touch—hiring, onboarding, training reviews, and performance reporting—with clear version control. • Supporting slide decks (Google Slides / PPTs) that summarise key workflows for quick team briefings, all structured to slot straight into Google Classroom. • Simple but reliable workflows for status updates, automatic reminders, and weekly snapshot emails, keeping everyone accountable without constant hand-holding. Paid test task I’ll start you on a bite-sized, paid assignment: produce one complete training-evaluation sheet plus its corresponding dashboard view. Deliver on time with clean formulas and intuitive layout, and we’ll roll straight into the remaining modules and, most likely, a long-term monthly engagement. Tools you’ll be living in: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, basic Apps Script, and Google Classroom for final hosting.
