Boost WordPress Speed Score to 70

My WordPress site is crawling at a PageSpeed score of 22 and I need it comfortably up to 70 or better. Loading speed is the only KPI that matters for this assignment, and the fastest win will come from stripping weight out of the front-end code. The top priority is a thorough, safe minification of every CSS and JavaScript asset—inline and external—without breaking visuals or functionality. If render-blocking files can be deferred or inlined more efficiently, do that too. I have no fixed allegiance to a tool, so feel free to reach for Autoptimize, WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache or any equivalent you trust. If complementary tweaks such as smart caching rules, critical-CSS extraction, or lazy-loading images help us hit the target, add them, provided they stay within WordPress best practice and keep the theme and plugins stable.
