33711 Website header and 2 x banners

Need 1 x webpage header (760 x 140 approx in size) and 2 x banners (1 x .jpg and 1 x animated .gif). Theme is "Chinese New Year" and must have the festive/prosperous feeling. Primary colours are black/red/gold. This is for a HYIP site so must look PROFESSIONAL yet at the same time is appealing to 15 - 30 year olds so must not be too traditional (anyone familiar with CNY will know how cute/cartoon characters are used nowdays to make it appeal to younger generation). Already have sample designs if needed, but these designs are only to give an idea, not to build from. Only those familiar with Chinese New year and HYIP sites please bid.
