Hello I need a skilled graphic designer to redesign an 8.5 x 11 inch tri fold brochure. I will furnish you with a brochure that I designed and need you to create 3 more designs based the originals flow. The new designs should be unique to each other. The brochures will be used by Real Estate agents, so experience with this industry would be helpful. The design can be done in either In Design or Photoshop, but all layers will must be intact. I am really only interested in the background and color schemes, but would also like to see some variations on the content arrangement. I will need more work done in the near future so please factor this in when you bid. Please include samples of your work when bidding. Thank you for your consideration.
