Design a website for a catering company

Hello All, I'm looking for a web/graphic designer who can design a website similar to these websites for me: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (This is a flash website, i dont need even 0.1% flash. Just plain and simple HTML, but its a good source of inspiration for you to take, what i want) The website that i want designed is going to be pure html no flash or scripting (You might be required to do a lot of graphic editing in Photoshop or any other Adobe Suite with the images and the logos that i'll be providing you.) This website is going to be a maximum of 3-4 pages website. Most of the emphasis is going to be on the landing page, The landing page should be top notch with visually appealing design! You can create a template for the rest of the 2-3 pages and we can use them throughout the site (just like booffshow). A suitable candidate for this job should possess good skills in Adobe Photoshop, HTML and CSS. We are a catering company and conduct night shows with artists, so the front page will have 2-3 photos of our chef (i'll give you these photos), 1 logo of our music band (You'll create this logo - i'll give you an idea of what i need), A menu with 3-4 links (similarly based on the design of [login to view URL]) Then you should be able to add in some flares or lightning effects as seen on the same website. Add in some swirls and photoshop brush effects, simple stuff - but should look professional and appealing! I'll provide you with rough drafts of what i'm exactly looking for. Then based on that, you can try to impress me with your design skills, and we can take off from there. Please include the keyword food in your bid/quote so that i know you read this post completely. The last freelancer that i worked with gave me a mock up of what i wanted without even asking for any payment, and he was selected as the project winner. So, if you can do a mock up for me and i like your mock up, and your bid is reasonable you'll be hired right away.
