Design and build an Investment Fund Website

I run an investment bitcoin fund, and my clients would like to have a performance reporting system via web. They would like to see their balances and how much they own out of assets. Pre-requisites: - Must use PHP - Must use CodeIgniter (Open to other frameworks that might be preferred by the developer) - Collaboration with myself, as I too am a developer would need to understand your code. - Code must be CLEAN/STRUCTURED Preferably OOP with MVC - Must speak good english (I will not accept developers speaking mediocre English, you will need to be able to explain what you did and how you are approaching things.) - You could be a team, or a single developer/designer, your call. - Twitter bootstrap is preferred, but you can use an alternative as long as we discuss it first. Things I need on the website: - Charts showing the daily price of bitcoin with NET ASSET VALUE(NAV) of the fund (2 line chart) - Login System for each client I have (with a back-end for creating usernames and setting their balances) - Option for users to send feedback and request to add more funds (money) to the investment. - Beautiful looking front-page with explanation of what we do as a company / about page if possible (Would love to get some ideas from you) - Somethings might appear along the way, but you will be compensated for any extras - All designs needs to be approved by myself, otherwise we choose a different design.
