WordPress Vertical Naviagtion Drop Down required

We are a ski travel company called [login to view URL] Project Requirements: 1. The navigation bar we want is vertical drop down for the Explore Resorts tab item. 2. We want it to display all our regions in this order: - Australian Ski Resorts - Canadian Ski Resorts - Japan Ski Resorts - New Zealand Ski Resorts - USA Ski Resorts 3. The drop down should be black and when the mouse rolls over the feature it turns the blue color. 4. We want to be able to add more in the future: 'Switzerland Ski Resorts' as an example. You wont include it in this project rather ensure its easy and capable of happening. The site is built on wordpress 3.9.2 5. We want the drop down to also work in mobile as well. We have a different mobile navigation bar on the site. No real requirements other than when you select explore resorts you can select a region.. Color can match the existing color pattern. 7. The drop down must work at all times on the site. i.e if user is logged in, on mobile, viewing different pages etc. I don't believe this is a hard task, we just don't have the time to fulfill it.
