Need mockeup and template design for photo editing site

I want to create an online photo editing site similar to picmonkey. Com fotor.com. But the design should be unique and different. Design should be very creative and much attracting than the other site out there. If you can also design and create the site please mention it when you bid. I want top quality and pprofessional work.
