1. Remove the s letter from mermaid ( keep the mermaid though)
2. Outline the mermaid with blue colour (which you used before in the logo ) and keep the mermaid little light not the full dark black
3. Leave the mask the way it is , with ea of the sea keep it black but make some designs in e and a letters with blue colour
4. Make the coconut tree little taller.
5. Make the leaves of coconut tree rusty brownish colour but not too cartoonish.
6. change the first n to the musical note , with the note heads facing left
7. add tie and shirt in F as in the attached file of description of logo.
8. Change the candle stick base with brown colour as you did before.
9. Change the second n to a pie sign of mathematics
10. Create a new bird bath stand for the second i ( as it is same as the candle stand in last logo)
11. Add the moustache on the top of the t ( refer to the description logo pic)
12. Move the 2 to the left and invert it , and the third I should look little bit like c.
13. Make the clock lighter ( the current one is way too dark and it should be a perfect circle )
14. keep the numbers inside the clock but make a face inside of the clock as it is in the description logo pic
15. Add the rays also outside the clock as it will look like a sun with face and a clock.
16. Keep the bird outline also blue same as the mermaid outline blue .
17. Change the stars in the treasure chest with the peace symbol.
18. The top ring of the clock also should be a perfect circle.
