Build a CMS based desktop website with mobile version

The client is a Full Services Property Maintenance and Repairs company in the UK. The corporate logo has been chosen and the design and colours are to be used throughout the website. There are about 25 pages but based on only 3-4 page templates and article content can be supplied or will be uploaded later. e.g 20 pages will be describing a service offered and will use the same template. There needs to be a mobile version as well. There is to be site search too The content will be loaded via the cms. The CMS must be an industry standard one (maybe wordpress) so that site can be hosted independently of the developer. The developer will need to provide a fully working site with CMS and assist in loading it to the clients server. The site is to use royalty free (or one off fee) relevant photo images. There are to be a few widgets and the left channel to be available for banner ads. All articles can be formatted as the user wishes and photos can be placed within the text as required. There are a couple of contact forms and some forms and lists are to be from drop-down lists picked up from sections within the CMS. The site to be SEO friendly The Site is to use SEO URL's which can be manually specified form the CMS e.g. an article might be titled “roof repair” but the url might be set to “/roof-repair-service-in-birmingham” All pages to have META data facility, therefore in the CMS each page to have fields for meta description, meta keyword and meta title. The site will have a building blog and news sections The site to be developed and operating by 31st march 2015. Therefore successful developer must be able to start immediately and must have the skills and proven record in designing and installing websites of this nature. Anyone responding must have read the design brief attached, have a rating of greater than 4.5 and can provide references. Your main skills must be in web design and development. if you have any questions ask me. The price quoted is for the completed job live on the web. I am happy to make an interim payment once the design is established and proven to be working in your development environment. A further payment can be made available when it is loaded to the live environment. Support will be required once live for a period of time. Budget is a guideline. Thank you.
