Build a simple bidding website that will match clients with custom projects and firms that will offer $$ to build the projects. Need drag and drop graphic files PDF/CAD option. Clients, projects and bidding firms will be vetted by the team of the site. For specific higher end industry, no millions of clients.. Similar to this site: I have a project and I am looking for bids. Moderator needs to review and confirm projects and offers/firms to make sure that all are reliable and real. This website will be addressed to B2B and some retail clients, Need as soon as possible (less than a week from the date we agree) beta version for market testing,. It will be free for both clients and bidders, At this time I am looking more for functionality (Windows, I-pads, I phone, all laptops)the than the perfect graphics.
