Build a Website

I wish to create a similar site to the following website, but for a different industry and with live availability and booking of the providers’ services. [login to view URL] The site will allow (as SkiPodium does) a user to: a) Select a location (by country/region/town, or by free text search) b) Select the dates (optional if they want to just check out all providers) they wish to visit at that location c) Select from any number of parameters which they require/want (these parameters will be optional, but also selectable when the user is on the subsequent comparison page) d) Search availability across a range of providers in that location, bringing results on the following page in a list format (like skipodium, but with live availability) When a search is done, live availability from each of the providers will be returned for the dates selected (or all if not selected). These can be filtered to retain/omit certain providers with/without certain criteria and sorted (increasing or decreasing) by variables (such as price). Initially, having the results randomly order, before sorting. (This obviously requires each provider to be given a system for blocking their availability. There are many booking systems that have the features required and don’t need much extra work to personalise BUT, from research to date, the difficulty has been finding one which allows the umbrella search covering all the provider’s availability from the home page, and returning that data. Given providers will already be using basic systems, this will need to sync with calendars such as ical and google, for example) A user can add/remove parameters to their search using a side bar with all the parameters as check boxes or drop-downs. Results should be displayed in a similar fashion to SkiPodium with a leading image and key text description. This information is regarded as basic, comparison information. Key parameters which were selected will appear (as does with start time, duration, skill level, etc in SkiPodium). Clicking on the provider name/logo will open up more information, termed intermediate information. This can either be accordion style, or elsewhere on the page (such with Skipodium where it appears at the top of the search). This allows the user to quickly see more info, before clicking once again to get the full profile of the provider. At the side of each row will be an action button of book. This will open a page for that specific provider with all the parameters selected retained in the page and the price displayed (so the user can confirm the things they have requested) and the full profile with complete information displayed. This complete profile will have a photo carousel, videos (potentially), map location, and various styles of text to describe their services. On review they can then book a session. Booking will take the dates they selected and the parameters they clicked to populate a quote, but each of these parameters can be reviewed before booking (dates changed, for example). Added extras can be tagged on to the booking (such as accommodation, transfers, etc). The booking then needs to be confirmed, payment taken, and the provider notified by email and it populate in their back-end system. User notifications are required too. The provider will need a simple admin login to see their bookings. Syncing the bookings with various calendars (ical, google, etc) will be required. Messaging between provider and user via email or chat would be useful. Reports on the number of bookings and value is required for financial reporting. Payments via all normal avenues are required. On the home page we need the ability to have links to each location’s ‘home’ page where information on the location can be displayed. It was assumed the best way for this would be to have domains arranged as: [login to view URL]  [login to view URL] The location page will have a smaller search area but the focus will be on information.
