I have new layout concept for our website [login to view URL] I need developer to create functionality for new website layout. Developer will also need to fabricate a design from sample design provided. I have a blog that has a desktop and mobile theme. New layout will consist of 1 theme that will work on different devices (responsive wesbite). Content is posted daily on our blog. Page Load time needs to be under 1.5 seconds. Page size needs to be under 2 MB. Less than 120 Requests. Performance grade 90 or above via [login to view URL] The following must be pass all performance test with high ratings.
