This is a pretty simple job. Install purchased ajax calendar component. Get demos working and make minor modifications as listed below. On another page get the calendar working using one of the below options Question: There are two ways this could be done. FIRST OPTION. Modify existing 'add event' dialog so it includes fields on the page at [login to view URL] QUESTION: Can you change the existing add-record window? If so, also change page title to 'Add Reoccuring Meeting Management' Or. SECOND OPTION: Disable existing 'add event' dialog. And just programatically add meetings following the fields on my sample page at [login to view URL] Let me know the cost and time difference between option 1 and option 2. If you cannot do one of the options let me know that too. Also need to customize categories to "science, math, health, family, career, business' There will be a few more custom fields. users must create a username and password. then use it to access their schedule.
