Cartoon image of a water drop

Looking for smart and affordable cartoonist. I'd set my budget range at $10, so it's a good project to build feedback for someone.
There are 2 stages of work to be done:
1) I have the picture of a water drop (attached). It is in PSD format, nicely layered, also most of the shape paths are drawn. What I'd like to have is the vector (AI) version of this cartoon and also some professional clean-up to make it look really nice. This is not full vectorizing work - 90% of the paths are OK, just need closing, finishing them and some final touch-up.
2) Using the cartoon image of water drop + image of the glass (already in vector format - attached), I'd like to have them combined: putthe water drop into the glass and stylize it in a way it looks terrified, afraid of the thing that is going to happen. There will be a streaam of toxic chemical symbols put over the glass so the Droppie has to be frightened of being contaminated. She may cover her head with her arms, or stick them to glass side, or cover her eyes with one hand - whatever You think is good. This image in AI format, too.
I'd like to see a sketch mockup of the terrified water drop (for a good cartonist it's max 10 minute work), can be watermarked, grayscale only or whatever You want to mark it.
