Project: Cheese Help Goal: Create a database of cheeses, i.e. CMS for cheese with a front-end search and display feature. Brief: I am creating a database of cheeses. I have started a spreadsheet and need someone to fill out requested category information listed below for each cheese. I need 1800 cheeses. Note: Please also mention if you will be using wordpress, bootstrap, php. This data exists on several different sites, which I’ve added links to the excel sheet attached. Each entry of cheese is its own page. I have attached 1) Site Plan PPT--- I have a rough wire frame in mind. I am still working on the design. I am sending you what I have thus far. By the time you have started building the data base I should be completed 2) Document with screencaps as examples --Cheese Help Project document 3) Excel Sheet with info needed + resource links. You will be creating a database with the following fields: 1. Cheese Name and Display Image: If more than one picture is found, please use picture with lighter background. 2. Country of Origin: USA, UK, France etc. This information will be found on the sites provided. 3. Milk source i.e sheep milk—info found on sites provided 4. Style/Type ie. Alpine, Blue, -info will be out on sites 5. Texture ie. crumbly 6. Treatment i.e Raw or pasteurized 7. Wine Pairings 2 types of wines the cheese pairs well with ie. Red/whites, chardonnay, pinot noir, rose etc 8. Meat Pairings 2 different types of Meat the cheese pairs well with (i.e salami, prosciutto, soprasetta, jamon serrano ) 9. Flavor Profile/Aroma for each cheese i.e caramel, milky, grassy, Aroma--pungent Thank you!
