Creating a Product Data Sheet in Illustrator

We need to generate a one page, 2 sided data sheet that is similar in appearance to our old 4 page data sheet. The data sheet will be used for print and online. The new data sheet us different from the old data sheet as follows:
1. Replacing the image of the road with another image. We will provide the image as a high res jpeg, with rights licensed by us already.
2. Use new text, deleting and creating sections as needed.
3. Creating a stylized drawing in the new data sheet in the same style as the older data sheet.
4. Preserving the general look of the original data sheet, excluding changes to accommodate the new text and images.
The attachments consist of the following:
a. Data sheet contents with a rough diagram that needs to be stylized. The drawing style should be consist with the other data sheet drawubg, while preserving the contents.
b. 3 pages of the old data sheet, to give a rough idea of the style and layout for the new data sheet.
We frequently have small projects like this, so we will probably use whoever completes this task well for other graphics design projects too.
